Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni to deliver Lecture at Nigerian Defence College

 

President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has arrived in Nigeria ahead of the inauguration of Course 26 training programme of the National Defence College of Nigeria, Abuja where he will deliver an inauguration lecture.
Museveni, who on his arrival today in Nigeria, was conferred with the Key to the City of Abuja by the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello, making him a Honorary Citizenship of Abuja, also visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The Ugandan President will talk, in his lecture at the Defence Collage, on: “Sub-Regional Cooperation and Stability of Member States: Economic Community of East African States in Perspectives.”
He is expected to x-ray the challenges confronting efforts being made to build and sustain regional economic cooperation institutions from the perspective of the East African experience.
