Harry Kane surpasses Ronaldo’s international goals record

England captain, Harry Kane, on Monday surpassed Brazilian legend Ronaldo’s international goals record.

Kane achieved this feat after scoring a goal in England’s 3-0 win over Bosnia-Herzegovina.

England took a 2-0 lead in the friendly, thanks to a penalty from Chelsea’s Cole Palmer and a goal from Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Kane then rounded off the win with a close range strike after a goalmouth scramble.

The goal was his 63rd in international football, taking him one ahead of Ronaldo.

Many consider Ronaldo to be the greatest No. 9 in the history of international football but Kane’s numbers are more impressive.

The Bayern Munich striker has scored 63 goals in 90 caps for the Three Lions, while Ronaldo managed 62 goals in 98 caps for Brazil’s national team.
