Fire guts parts of Canadian Embassy in Abuja

Fire on Monday gutted a section of the Canada embassy building in Abuja.

It was gathered that the fire started as a result of an explosion at the embassy’s power-generating plant.

The fire was said to have begun around 11:30am on Monday, and the members of staff and vehicles have been evacuated from the building.

Officers of the FCT Fire Service were seen trying to put out the fire
