ECOWAS, Mauritanian, Tchadian Parliaments meet on health population

Just one month after Health Ministers in ECOWAS member countries converged on Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, a high level regional meeting of Members of Parliament of ECOWAS, Mauritania and Tchad, opened today in Burkina Fasso to discuss critical issues of health.

The three-day meeting, holding at the Ouaga 2000 Conference Hall, aims at finding ways of ensuring adequate health financing, demographic dividend and population and development policies.
