Yeye Bolanle Olatunde condoles with Governor Oyebanji over death of three prominent Ekiti indigenes

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC); Yeye Bolanle Olatunde, has commiserated with the Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on the death of three politicians namely: Chief Diran Adesua, Chief (Mrs) Titilayo Ojo and Hon. Sanya Aladeyelu who died recently.

Olatunde, former Government Adviser on Public Communications and later Ekitis In Diaspora, in a condolence message described their death as unfortunate and a great loss to the people of Ekiti State considering their contributions to grassroots development in the state.

Chief Diran Adesua was the immediate past Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development and governorship aspirant in the 2018 gubernatorial elections. He served as Commissioner for Works in 1999 and later Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development between 2018 and 2022.

Chief (Mrs) Titilayo Ojo, a renowned progressive leader in Ikole was Commissioner for Education during the administration of Otunba Niyi Adebayo. She was undoubtedly a rallying point for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Women in the local government and the entire Ekiti State while Hon Sanya Aladeyelu was former Member of the 5th House of Assembly.


Yeye Olatunde noted that the faithful departed were loyal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) until their demise and prayed for the sweet repose of their souls.

“It must have been shocking and heartrending to lose people whose friendship and environmental impact predate politics; I sincerely commiserate with my Brother Governor Biodun Oyebanji and I send words of comfort to the deceased families while praying God to console them. May their legacies endure and their respective souls rest in peace serene”
