The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is ready to clear all outstanding bonuses and allowances owed the Super Eagles.

The outstanding allowances and bonuses for 26 matches date back to over three years covering the the 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

According to SCORENigeria, the outstanding payments were covered in the budget approved by the Federal Government for the forthcoming AFCON.

“All the bonuses and allowances pending for the team will now be cleared after this budget approval,” a Sports Ministry official told SCORENigeria.

“This will be a big incentive for the team leading up to the AFCON.”
