The MultiChoice Group has announced its 2021 Bursary Scheme for South African students.
Sharing the good news on Wednesday on its official twitter @ MultichoiceGRP, the group said: “We are excited to be able to provide over 236 deserving students with bursaries worth R26 million this year.
“ The 2021 bursary scheme is now open and we are looking for driven, accountable and lateral thinkers currently studying toward select degrees.
“Successful recipients will benefit from fully funded registration and tuition fees, accommodation and annual living allowance.
“All you need to do is understand the requirements, download and complete an application form.
“ If you love and live for the best entertainment, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
“Don’t delay, applications closes on Jan. 31, 2021″.
On the criteria for eligibility, applicant must be registered at a South African Higher Learning Institute and studying toward any degree/qualification aligned to MultiChoice focus areas for the 2021 academic year.
The selected degrees include Applied, Social Science and Management courses.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that MultiChoice is a South African company that operates the DStv, a major service in Sub-Saharan Africa; GOtv, a minor service operating in over nine countries of this area and Showmax service.
They are also leading entertainment companies in Africa. (NAN)
