Katsina United suspend head coach Bolus

Nigeria Premier Football League outfit Katsina United have suspended their head coach, Tony Bolus.

Bolus, according to a letter signed by Katsina United secretary Aminu Alhassan, was asked to step aside due to his technical ineptitude.

The former MFM FC and Yobe Desert Stars coach was contracted by the club in August.

The Ikon Allah Boys have struggled on their return to the top flight following a season in the Nigeria National League (NNL).

Katsina United defeated Rivers United 1-0 in their last game on Sunday.

The club have won three, drawn two and lost three of their eight games in the NPFL this season.
