Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca, has highlighted the difference between the team and Premier League rivals, Arsenal and Manchester City.
Maresca was appointed after last season to replace Mauricio Pochettino.
The Italian has now revealed that he spent his time watching the Blues’ matches and they lacked aggression.
He also asked for more time, as Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola have been in charge of Arsenal and City respectively for a long time.
Maresca said: “Since we started, we have decided to go man-to-man because it is our way; aggressive. It’s not only on the ball. It’s a big change.
“For me, the big difference between us and the teams that dominate – City and Arsenal – is that one club is with the same manager for eight years and the other five years. We have had two or three weeks. I am 100 per cent sure we are on the right path.”
