DG Benue Public Service Institute lauds Governor Alia’s development efforts

The Director General, Benue Public Service Institute, Professor Terkura Tarnande has lauded the development efforts of Governor Hyacinth Alia and assured the governor of the the support of the management and staff of the Institute even as he also identified with him on his 34th priestly anniversary ordination.

Speaking in his office on Monday the DG informed that Governor Alia has already written his name in gold as what he has done in fifteen months in office has impacted on all Benue people.

Prof. Tarnande disclosed that he was proud to identify himself with the Governor on his 34th priestly anniversary ordination because of the achievements recorded within a short time in office.

He insisted that the level of commitment, dedication and honesty in his administration clearly shows that he is truly a man of God.

The university don noted with joy that he and his team would also continue to offer the required services at the Benue Public Service Institute to make the Benue Public Servants next to none as part of their support to his administration.

Tarnande expressed the belief that well equipped public servants would work better in the implementation of the policies and programmes of government.

As he opined that the Benue people should in their various areas of endeavour support the Governor, the DG also called on the Benue community to a avail themselves of the opportunity at the Institute for various programmes to improve themselves.

The DG revealed that the Institute was not established for the Benue people alone but it is also for the benefit of other states of the federation for better performance of the public servants particularly in the implementation of policies and programmes of government.
