Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has sympathised with Kontagora Emirate over the loss of Hajiya Hassu Hassan, wife of the Magajin Rafin Kontagora, Alh. Hassan Sani Kontagora.

In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the farmer Governor, while describing the loss as heartbreaking, extended his deepest condolences to the husband of the deceased, who is also the Chairman of the defunct Hotline Magazine.

He noted that separation from loved ones, especially one’s spouse through death, is traumatic.

The Governor, however, encouraged Alh. Sani Kontagora to accept the demise of his wife as an act of Allah who is all-knowing.

He said the Magaji Rafin Kontagora should be comforted with the fact that his wife lived a devoted life to Allah.

The Governor prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and grant the family members and Kontagora Emirate the fortitude to bear the loss.
