2nd round teams at afcon 2019 emerge

With the conclusions of the group first round matches on Tuesday, the group of sixteen has now emerged at the African cup of nations tournament taking place in Egypt. below table shows the teams that qualified from each group and their pairing as dates for their matches:

GROUP A: Egypt, DR Congo, Uganda

GROUP B: Nigeria, Guinea, Madagascar

GROUP C: Senegal , Algeria

GROUP D: Morocco, Ivory Coast, South Africa

GROUP E: Tunisia , Mali ,

GROUP F: Cameroon, Ghana,  Benin.

Round of 16 pairings

July 5: Uganda vs. Senegal in Cairo

July 5: Morocco vs. Benin in Cairo

July 6: Egypt vs. South Africa in Cairo

July 6: Nigeria vs. Cameroon in Alexandria

July 7: Madagascar vs. DR Congo in Alexandria

July 7: Algeria vs. Guinea in Cairo

July 8: Mali vs. Ivory Coast in Suez
